The Weekend Warrior

The Weekend Warrior Membership gives you access to our Sunday 11am group workouts at EōS Meyerland Plaza in Houston, TX. These workouts feature the fast-paced, full-body 5C HIIT conditioning workouts designed to improve strength, build endurance, and help you burn calories in an efficient and motivating group environment. Each month follows a progressive 4-week series, with every workout building on the previous one. The final week serves as a competition and test week, giving you the opportunity to measure your progress and challenge yourself. Your membership includes 4 Sunday classes per month plus full access to the Built By Rene training app, where all workouts are posted so you can track your results, monitor your progress, and stay consistent throughout the program.
